A Perfect Base For Your Stay in Paris.
We have 2 studios:
Le Burq and Le Picard (here below if available)
Le Burq is 20m2 and has one double bed, one single bed and one extra matrice.
They are 200 m distant, a trip of 10 minutes, of course you can rent both of them.
Located in a Hausmannien building (about1850) and are all fully renovated to fit with actual confort wishes.Interior looking shows wood floors and white hand painted walls. There is a corner kitchen with a microwave, fridge, burners, coffee maker, toaster and all you can need during your stay.
The main room consist of a double bed that can be transformed in a sofa during day, a dining table and chairs, a closet, and windows overlooking rooftops of Paris and,two single beds. Bathroom have showers, towel and soap.
Exiting the buildings, you are directly in the typical Montmartre.
Each studio is ideal for a couple, a couple with a baby, three friends traveling together (Le Burq), or a couple with 2 children (Le Burq).
Prices from 250 euros / week - 700 euros / month
