In the heart of one of Paris's most fashionable districts the 50m² independant apartment (fireplace, mouldings, parquet floor and large flowered balcony) welcomes you. Two adjoining rooms, ideal for four people, but sleeping up to six, with fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and a continental breakfast provided by ourselves. We will be just next door to help you have an excellent stay. The recentlly renovated apartment is light, spacious and comfortable with all new furniture, bedding and major appliances. It is situated on the fifth floor, without lift, in a traditional Haussmann building dating from 1887. Two themed bedrooms: The "Ethnic" with a double bed and the "Design" with two joinable single beds and two foldaway beds. The balcony with garden furniture and sunbeds allows you take breakfast outside. We live in the apartment next door, there to help you if you need advice on the best adresses to discover the real Paris (restaurants, bars, shopping..). The district: Three minutes walk from Oberkampf, The Marais area in fifteen minutes, République in ten, The Bastille in fifteen minutes with the nearby Canal Saint Martin, the banks of the Seine and nightclubs and places to visit all within walking distance.
